Policies & Procedures

Office Hours:  10am to 7pm (Mountain Time) most everyday

If I am out of the office, in session or it is after office hours, I will return your call, respond to your email or appointment request at my earliest availability during office hours.

I offer free 15 minute assessments Monday-Friday from 10:00am until noon, Mountain Time. First come, first served.  If you don’t reach me, keep trying.  If you don’t get through, drop me an email by clicking on the email link at the top of the page or go to the Appointment page and fill out the contact form.  I will get back to you.

If you wish to get started without an assessment, you can go to the Booking/Payment page and make a payment to begin the scheduling process.

Please, plan ahead when a specific schedule must be met (planning a trip, visiting the vet, showing or performing, etc.). If a non-life threatening, non-medical emergency arises, I will do my best to accommodate you. You must PHONE ME in these instances (no emails, no online scheduling).

How much time do you need to schedule?

• A minimum of 30 minutes per animal for the first appointment.
• In-depth issues or long-standing situations with a particular animal, book a minimum of 1 hour for that animal then follow the 30 minute rule for others.
• If you are unclear as to the amount of time you need, email or call me to discuss.

The 30 minute appointment is only available for:

• Check-ins and or updates for regular clients (nothing in depth).
• First time clients with 1 animal requiring basic communication.
• Basic communication with an animal who has crossed over.
• Existing clients seeking a ThetaHealing™session for 1 animal with a simple issue or an issue that we have been working on.

All appointments include a preparation period in the 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled time during which I create (using crystals, incense, meditation, shamanism and ThetaHealing™) sacred space specific to you and your animals assuring the highest good of all is addressed during your appointment.

Filling out the questionnaire is required for all first time clients. Photos are required for a phone consult. If you prefer to handle the questionnaire by phone, please call me. Additional fees may apply.

The majority of my consults are by phone.

Appointments by Skype are also available.

House and stable calls are available locally at a cost reflecting the time and work necessary to take my work to you.

I do schedule house or stable calls outside the local area. Please contact me by phone or email.

You may qualify for a discounted rate if you schedule and pay in advance for multiple appointments. Multiple same day appointments at one location (such as horses belonging to separate individuals at a ranch or stable, dogs at a doggie daycare, etc.) dependent on circumstances, scheduling, etc. may also qualify for a discounted rate.
