I have been able to telepathically communicate with animals as far back as I can remember. I hear them speak to me in my head (yeah, go ahead, have good time with that) as clearly as I might hear another human being speak to me out loud. I also answer back, sometimes out loud (that can get real fun in a crowd). For the last 25 years I have worked professionally as an animal communicator and shamanic practitioner for animals. I am one of the pioneers in the field of animal communication and dare say, an expert in the field and a wide variety of associated areas. Most recently, I’ve become an Advanced Certified ThetaHealing™ Practitioner (more about this exciting healing modality in later posts). I pride myself in going beyond basic communication to using various modalities, including shamanism and ThetaHealing™, to dig to the root of issues for resolution aiding in deep healing. I am an exemplary hand holder. An advocate of a holistic life for our companion animals (and for everyone else for that matter). An amazing resource for all things alternative in animal care. A true believer in, whenever possible, opening the door and assisting all in walking through to receive the gifts inherent in allowing our companion animals to live out their lives to a natural completion. I have discovered a pattern in rescued animals that when cleared, through modalities I have developed over the year
s, it makes that village (yes, our animals need a village, too) a whole lot more successful in behavior, training, health, etc. Okay, enough tooting my own horn. For now anyway . . .
Why, after 25 years, start a blog now? Well, I’m just finally getting the hang of the technical do-dads to do so. I have 25 years worth of things to share and as I never wrote a book, like many other animal communicators (never found the time or someone who I felt right telling it all to), thought this would be a great platform to finally SHARE . . .
What kinds of things will I be sharing about? My experiences and what I have learned about our companion animals in my 25 years in practice. Stories from my years in practice when appropriate (I pride myself on keeping my clients privacy). Stories that cross my path about our animal friends that seem relevant. Information on holistic care and alternative modalities as well recommendations for practitioners, products, great animal related causes and organizations, etc.

My opinion (yeah, I know, how dare I use my blog for my agenda-wait, isn’t that the point?) on all kinds of animal related issues and maybe a few that have nothing to do with animals at all (yeah, probably not). Stories from my own life and my journey as well as that of my companion animal family (I’ll try my best not be too cloying). Don’t want to get too silly with all that either, plus they are not always all that thrilled with my sharing about them . . . but I do get the occasional really good laugh such as when one of my cats, Kismet, decided that the litter box should from then on be referred to as “The Poop Barn”. Too cute, cloying, yeah well, what can I say . . .
