first time clients
Welcome and thank you so much for the opportunity to be of assistance to you and your beloved companion animals.
Just as with most other kinds of practitioners the first appointment requires more input and focus and therefore, more time invested by all involved. It is essential to the success of the endeavor.
This initial input comes in the form of a pre-appointment intake session by phone (or email questionnaire if you choose that option) in which information is gathered about you, your companion animal(s) and the issues you wish to address.
All appointments are done either by phone or Skype. There is a photo requirement for phone sessions, but not for Skype, however, there is additional cost to work via Skype.
Payment is the first step in booking your first appointment. There are two options, Fast Track and No Frills, available:
The Fast Track option is very cost efficient for the amount of time you are provided with (usually an additional 30 minutes to an hour of time with me on the phone) and results in a much easier and faster appointment process, setting the actual consultation sooner. It provides more planning and time for us all to get to know each other before your consultation. Choose below whether you wish to do this via phone or Skype and then select the amount, based on the number of animals you wish to communicate with, then click the “pay now” button which will take you to Paypal to make payment. Within 24 hours of receipt of notification of payment completion from Paypal, I will contact you with a time for the intake portion of the package.
The First Timers Fast Track Package provides:
• Pre-Consultation appointment by phone in which I do the intake for you, questions you have about the process can be answered, a protocol is set and instructions are provided for your appointment. At the end of this consultation, I muscle test to determine the time that is in the highest and best good of all concerned for the actual consultation and we set the time for that. Time alloted for this is 15 minutes to an hour depending on how many animals are involved.
• The actual consultation. This consists of a minimum of an hour for 1 animal with additional time added for each additional animal. This is where communication with your companion animal takes place and healing modalities are applied.
• A 15 minute (30 minutes, if your consult included more than two animals) follow-up phone check-in within a week following your consultation. I find offering this follow-up phone time creates continuity and greater success for whatever work we have done.
For The No Frills appointment, again choose below whether you wish via phone or Skype and then choose the amount based on the number of animals you wish to have included in your session and then click on the “pay now” button below.
The No Frills option breaksdown as follows:
• Within 48 hours of receipt of notification of payment completion from Paypal, I will contact you with a few brief questions via email. If you have taken advantage of the assessment, then we can usually skip right to the questionnaire.
• Once your response is received, again within 48 hours I will send you the complete intake questionnaire via email along with instructions for the photos required etc.
• Within 48 hours of receipt of the completed questionnaire with photos included I will contact you with an appointment time that muscle tests in the highest and best good of all based on your responses as well as instructions for the appointment.
• You call me at the scheduled time unless you have chosen the Skype option and then instructions for that will be included with your appointment time.
