Office Hours:  10am to 7pm (Mountain Time) most everyday

If I am out of the office, in session or it is after office hours, I will return your call, respond to your email or appointment request at my earliest availability during office hours.

First time clients can go to the first time clients page under consultations to get started.

Payment is required in advance to schedule an appointment and for first time clients to begin the appointment process.

Please, plan ahead when a specific schedule must be met (planning a trip, visiting the vet, showing or performing, etc.). If a non-life threatening, non-medical emergency arises, I will do my best to accommodate you. You must PHONE ME in these instances (no emails, no online scheduling).

I am not a medical intuitive nor am I trained in animal medicine. I do not diagnose or prescribe. I will always suggest a veterinary appointment preceed any appointment where a medical condition could be the cause or a contributing factor. Please also see Medical Emergencies in this category for how to proceed in those instances.

All appointments include a preparation period in the 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled time during which I create (using crystals, incense, meditation, shamanism and ThetaHealing™) sacred space specific to you and your animals, assuring the highest good of all is addressed during your appointment. I do not take phone calls or check email during this time, so please keep that in mind should you need to reach just prior to your appointment.

The questionnaire is required for all first time clients. You can choose to do this on your own or take advantage of the Fast Track option in which we handle the questionnaire in a pre-appointment consultation.

In every instance, unless other arrangements have been made, you are required to call me for assessments, intakes, consultations.

All appointments begin at their scheduled time whether you call on time or not.  Please keep this in mind and realize if you are late, I will not be able to extend the appointment beyond the time scheduled and you will not be entitled to a refund for that time.  It is your responsibility to be on time and call me for your appointments.

Photos are required for a phone consult.

The majority of my consults are by phone.

Appointments by Skype are also available at additional cost. Photo requirement is waived for Skype calls.

House and stable calls are available locally at a cost reflecting the time and work necessary to take my work to you. Please contact me by phone to discuss cost and availability. I do schedule house or stable calls outside the local area. Again, please contact me by phone or email. Additional fees apply.
