Rachel makes a 30 minute consult available for check-ins. Please do not take advantage of this option. Anything requiring more than a brief check-in should be scheduled at an hour minimum.
After the initial consult appointment time is not based on a per animal basis. You are, however, required to book enough time for each animal. For anything other than a check-in please allow a minimum of an hour for one animal and 30 minutes additional for each additional animal. If you are unsure, please contact Rachel by phone or email and she can advise you on how best to book time for your specific needs.
Over 6 months since your last communication session? You will need to supply updated pictures 48 hours prior to your phone consultation.
